“Anti-Semitism in the Schools: It’s not just a Jewish Problem,”

Jewish Family Service “Anti-Semitism in the Schools: It’s not just a Jewish Problem,”ill address anti-Semitism in the Lancaster/Lebanon County schools on Monday, June 19, 2017, at the Emerald Community Center, 2120 Oregon Pike, Lancaster. We are inviting school administrators and teachers, and interested members of the community to attend.
Rabbi Jack Paskoff of Congregation Shaarai Shomayim will serve as moderator and Dr. Jack Fischel, local author, teacher, historian and community lecturer, will be the keynote speaker. Dr. Martin Hudacs, retired Superintendent of the Solanco School District and former Interim Superintendent at Manheim Township School District, will be a panelist along with a student who has experienced anti-Semitism in school, a parent, a teacher, and a member of the faith community. Time will be dedicated to your questions.
A continental breakfast will be available at 8:30am. The panel discussion will end by 11:30am. This program is free of charge.
