Anti-Semitism in the Schools: It's not just a Jewish Problem

Jewish Family Service of Lancaster (JFS) is a non-profit, non-sectarian agency that addresses the acute needs of Lancaster County residents and provides a wide range of services and educational workshops in Lancaster County.

JFS's "Anti-Semitism in the Schools: It's not just a Jewish Problem," will address anti-Semitism in the Lancaster/Lebanon county schools. We are inviting school administrators and teachers, and interested members of the community to attend.

Rabbi Jack Paskoff of Congregation Shaarai Shomayim will serve as moderator and Dr. Jack Fischel, local author, teacher, historian and community lecturer, will be the keynote speaker. Dr. Martin Hudacs, retired Superintendent of the Solanco School District and former Interim Superintendent at Manheim Township School district, will be a panelist along with a student who has experienced anti-Semitism in school, a parent, a teacher, and a member of the faith community. Time will be dedicated to your questions.

A continental breakfast will be available at 8:30am. The panel discussion will end by 11:30am. This program is free of charge. We hope that all of you can attend this very important discussion.
